Strong gasoline Oder on bibs

I purchased 3 of the 2,500 bibs per case. Every case and every bib had a very very strong Oder of gasoline. As if the manufacturer or distributor spilling a jug of gasoline and let it eventually dry up. The smell is unbearable and my customers had to address this to my staff. Very embarrassing and dangerous. Of course money down the drain.
