Refund Policy

Returns:

Sometimes you just have to return an item - we’ve all been there. We’d like to make this process as simple as possible for you! We accept most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the returned product. If the return is not a result of damage or an error made by our team then the customer is responsible to pay the return shipping costs.

Some of the products in our clearance section are final sale and are not eligible to be returned. These products will be clearly marked with either "All Sales Final" in the bullets, or will have a discontinued flag over the Image. We also do not accept international returns.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse the refund will be processed within 3 business days. Once it's been processed you'll receive an email confirmation for the refund. Please note that if the payment was by credit card it can take an extra 2-3 business days to show up on your credit card statement.

Open Glove Case Returns: 
If you have opened a case of gloves we are able to take a return of any unopened inner boxes of gloves to for a partial refund. There will be a $10 restocking fee associated with any open glove case return. Please contact us for help with your partial glove case returns.

 

Incorrect/Damaged Items

Unfortunately, errors happen from time to time. If any item on your order is incorrect, damaged or missing from your shipment, we will do everything in our power to get it right!

  • For any orders where signature is required for delivery please note any damage clearly on the receipt before signing
  • Contact us after receiving the package.
  • Do not throw out the damaged packaging or product, we may need to ask for photos, and in some cases the shipping company may want to inspect the package.

If the return is a result of damage or our error we will cover the return shipping costs. Please Contact Us with your order number and product details and we'll get the ball rolling. 


Return to Sender/Refused Deliveries

For any shipment where the order has been refused or returned and CiboWares is not at fault, the order will be refunded minus the cost incurred by shipping the product. If your order qualified for free shipping we may still deduct the costs we paid for the shipping on your behalf.
