Ordering information

How do I place an order?

Select the product you would like to purchase and click on the “ADD TO CART” button. A window will pop up showing you the item in your cart.

You can either choose to “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” or close the window and continue shopping. Once you are done, click on the shopping cart icon at the top right corner of the webpage.

You have the choice to continue through the checkout process or pay using PayPal. If you select the “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” option, you will be asked to fill out your billing, shipping and Payment details. Once you have confirmed these are correct, click the “PROCEED TO PAYMENT” button and you are done!

You will then receive an email with your order details. You will receive another email with confirmation and tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Do I need to register to place an order?

You do not need to register to place an order. Simply select “Checkout as a guest” from the shopping cart however, there are benefits to registering.

Your account will save your order info, allowing you to quickly re-order, print our invoices and save your favorite addresses.

Is it possible to get a sample order?

Yes! You can place a sample order with the help of our friendly customer service team! Hit the chat icon bottom right, email hello@cibowares.com or give us a call at 888-435-5011.

Is there a minimum order amount?

The minimum order is a pack.

What types of payment to you take?

Cibowares accepts payments using PayPal and all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. We also accept PayPal, AmazonPay, ShopPay and GooglePay.

How do ShopPay Installments work?

Shop pay installments offers you options to break up your bigger purchases into several payments.

Orders between $50-$999 have the option of splitting between 4 equal interest-free payments. The first payment is due at the time of the order and the following 3 will be every 2 weeks.

Orders of over $150 also have the option to choose a monthly payment that would be charged interest. Options include 3 month, 6 month and 12 month plans, depending on the dollar value. The maximum order value for Shop Pay Installments is $17,500.

What do I do if I have a problem with my order?

What is your return policy?

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Find out more in our 'Shipping and Returns' section.

How do I submit my tax-free status?

To submit your tax-free status, simply email hello@cibowares.com with a copy of the government certificate and we will mark your account as tax free.

Shipping Info

How do you ship your products?

CiboWares ships using UPS and FedEx.  You will be given the option to select: Free Shipping (via FedEx) - If your order qualifies, Ground, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air during the checkout process.

All orders over 200 lbs will be shipped using a courier and cannot be shipped using Air Freight, even if selected.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping rates for most items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. You will find the cost of shipping your order beside the shipping options in the checkout process. Find out more in our 'Shipping and Returns' section.

How long will it take to ship my order?

We ship from warehouses in PA, TX and SC. Shipping times will depend on the warehouse location. Please contact us for a shipping estimate for your order.

Please note that will will need to know the products ordered to give an estimated delivery time.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you require assistance, please feel free to email hello@cibowares.com or call 1-888-435-5011 and we will be happy to help.

Do you ship your products outside of the US?

We currently only ship within the United States. But check back later as we plan to ship to other countries soon.

Is CiboWares only open to businesses?

No! While we enjoy close relationships with many top chefs, restaurants, and catering outlets, we also service home chefs. If you are looking for quantity of the products we sell, we would be happy to provide them.

Can I order an item that I don’t see on your website or is not in stock?

Does CiboWares offer a volume discount?

Our products indicate where our bulk pricing begin. Our Every Day Best Price products are our lowest price.

Do you test your products regularly?

Yes! We work with a team of chefs, writers, and bloggers who regularly sample our products – and use them in their own kitchens. We never sell anything on our site that we wouldn’t use ourselves.

How do I register?

Registering is easy and will speed up your checkout time when placing orders. Simply click on the “Log In” button on the top right of the page or the “My Account” button from the links at the bottom and create a new account.

I forgot my password, what do I do?

From the “Log In” or “My Account” screen, click on the “Forgot Your Password” link under the sign in area. A new temporary password will be emailed to you.

If you do not receive your password reset email, please check your spam folder.

How do I collect loyalty points?

To collect loyalty points you have to be signed up for an account on our website. Learn more here!

How do I redeem points?

There are two ways! When signed in you can go to this page to get a coupon code. When you're checking out there will be an option to automatically apply your points to your order for a discount. Please note that point redemptions can not be combined with any other coupon or promo.
