How do I place an order?
Select the product you would like to purchase and click on the “ADD TO CART” button. A window will pop up showing you the item in your cart. You can either choose to “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” or close the window and continue shopping. Once you are done, click on the shopping cart icon at the top right corner of the webpage. You have the choice to continue through the checkout process or pay using PayPal. If you select the “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” option, you will be asked to fill out your billing, shipping and Payment details. Once you have confirmed these are correct, click the “PROCEED TO PAYMENT” button and you are done! You will then receive an email with your order details. You will receive another email with confirmation and tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Do I need to register to place an order?
You do not need to register to place an order. Simply select “Checkout as a guest” from the shopping cart.
Is there a minimum order amount?
The minimum order is a pack.
What types of payment to you take?
Cibowares accepts payments using PayPal and all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.

What is your return policy?
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Find out more in our 'Shipping and Returns' section.
How do I submit my tax-free status?
To submit your tax-free status, simply email hello@cibowares.com with a copy of the government certificate and we will mark your account as tax free.

How do you ship your products?
CiboWares ships using UPS, USPS and FedEx. You will be given the option to select Ground, 3 Day Service and 2 Day Air during the checkout process.
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping rates for most items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. How long will it take to ship my order?
We have included a map as an estimate of how long it will take an order to get to your location.

Do you test your products regularly?
Yes! We work with a team of chefs, writers, and bloggers who regularly sample our products – and use them in their own kitchens. We never sell anything on our site that we wouldn’t use ourselves.
What do these symbols mean?


This product is made from bamboo, an annually renewable and sustainable resource.


BPA is short for bisphenol A. Bisphenol A is a chemical that has been used to make some plastics and resins and can have potentially harmful effects at higher levels. BPA-free products are free of this chemical, plastic products that are not marked as BPA-free may be made with BPA.


Compostable products can be broken down from their raw materials into a conditioner for soil. Some products can even decompose in less than 60 days when taken to a commercial composting facility. For more information, be sure to check the rules and regulations on composting in your area.


Dishwasher safe products can be placed in a dishwasher for easy cleaning. This helps reduce time spent hand washing dishes.


CiboWares has a wide variety of eco-friendly products available to suit any business. Our eco-friendly products are designed to put less stress on the environment than traditional non-eco-friendly products such as plastic. These products can be made from many different materials and are a great option for any location looking to take a “green” approach to foodservice, or reduce the amount of stress their business puts on the environment.


Freezer safe products can be placed in a freezer. Some products can be used to freeze food items to prevent food from spoiling.


Latex has been known to cause some allergies in users. Latex-free products do not contain latex or latex proteins and are safe by use for those with latex allergies or sensitivities.


Lead is a toxic substance, but higher levels can still be found in tableware such as non-disposable plates and bowls. The FDA does not look at how much lead is in a piece of tableware, but is concerned how the lead leaves the tableware, or leaches out. Lead-free tableware is made without lead and is a safe and quality option.


These products are manufactured in the United States of America.


CiboWares has a wide variety of medical grade vinyl, latex, synthetic, and nitrile gloves available. Medical grade gloves can be used in hospitals, nursing homes, laboratories, and other medical facilities. They are used when there is a risk of coming into contact with bodily fluids or contaminants. Our medical grade gloves are non-sterile and are used for non-surgical examinations and procedures. Medical grade gloves are powder-free as some patients are allergic or sensitive to glove powders.


Microwavable products can be heated up in the microwave to ensure food items are hot and ready to serve. Microwavable products should not be left in the microwave for long periods of time.


While this product is a more sustainable alternative to traditional disposable materials, it is non-compostable.


Oven safe products are safe for use in the oven and can stand up to higher temperatures. Most of our products are oven safe up to 212, 350, 400, 425, and 450 degrees.


This product is made from paper, a compostable resource.


This product is made from Polyethylene Terephthalate, a non-toxic material that is 100% recyclable.


Unlike traditional plastics, this product is made without petroleum.


PLA refers to polylactic acid which is a corn-based plastic material. CPLA is crystallized PLA that gives products a higher heat resistance. These materials are compostable and are produced using sustainable methods.


Gloves can be powdered or powder-free. Powder-free gloves go through a process called chlorination to make the gloves less sticky and easier to put on. During this process gloves are treated with a chlorine solution, rinsed with water, and then dried to get rid of the powdered residue. Powder-free gloves are ideal for use by users with allergies or sensitivities to glove powders and can be used in situations where glove powders may cause contamination.


Recyclable products are able to be recycled. Recyclable products can be treated or processed to make new products or be reused. This process helps to reduce the stress on resources and helps prevent the waste of quality materials or products. This product is made with resources that are naturally replaced by the environment over time. Choosing products made from renewable resources puts less strain on the environment.
